Terms and Conditions

Conditions of booking

Due to the current hospitality industry guidelines and regulations, Crofters Arran may feel different to how it used to. We no longer have live music in the front bar area and we have reduced capacity.

In accordance with this, we have made some minor changes to our terms and conditions.

- Reservations are required. We need a lead contact name, number and email address for Covid-19 Track & Trace. Subject to capacity, a table may be offered to walk-ins. We will need contact information for the table.

- All reservations require a £10 per head deposit, refundable for cancellations made up to and including the day prior to the reservation date. Except in exceptional circumstances, same-day cancellations will result in the deposit being retained.

- "No-shows": Failure to arrive for a reservation without any confirmed communication with us will result in an additional £15 per person charge to the card used to book the reservation.

- In the event that you are running late, or need to cancel your booking, please call 01770 302579. Unless we are notified of a late arrival, tables will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes and then treated as a "no-show."

- Table sizes are for a maximum of 8 people from up to 3 different households.

- Reservations seated outside will not be guaranteed a table inside in the event of adverse weather.

- We are currently unable to offer a children's menu for sit in, but takeaway is available. Well-behaved children (suggestion of 10+ years) are welcome until 7.30pm.

- Well-behaved dogs are welcome until 7.30pm. Dogs must be kept on a lead and off the furniture. Please do not feed your dog on the premises - water is available and will be provided by the front of house team. Please respect other patrons and ensure that your dog is not a trip hazard or making it difficult to observe social distancing when navigating around them.

- You will receive emails from us relating to confirmation of your booking.
If you have opted in to get marketing information from us we may send you emails about offers and services. Your data will only be used for the purposes of Track & Trace in the eventuality of a positive Covid-19 case on our premises. You may opt out of these communications at any time.

- Please ensure that you are adhering to ScotGov legislation and guidance on social distancing and interactions. Respect our policies, follow signage and listen to our staff members: we're only trying our best to keep everyone safe, enjoy our work and run a business.

- We reserve the right to refuse service if reservations are made that are inconsistent with regulations, or.if any individual or party is behaving in a disparaging, rude or aggressive manner.
